Recently I came across Blaze On, a company born after the owners spent a long time in Thailand embracing the balanced and ethical way of life. Whilst living in Thailand, they met some talented individuals and so on their return to the UK the idea for Ethical LED fairy lights was born. The fairy lights use LED lights which can use up to 90% less electricity/energy than traditional bulb equivalents and they give up to 100,000 hrs of light and so you won’t have to replace bulbs. The materials used for the lights are organic, responsibly sourced and recycled materials, where possible.
They sent me their Enchanted Garden LED Fairy Lights to review which arrived beautifully packaged. You can’t help but want to open up the box and take the lights out, they’re very tactile and each one unique.
These multi-coloured Enchanted Garden LED fairy lights includes butterflies, dragonflies, lady bugs, fireflies and bees, all of which have been shaped by hand. These have gone up in my nieces’ (one and three years old) bedroom and they absolutely love them!
