It’s funny where you can end up getting inspiration from… I put this pastel bedroom scheme together after my son dropped a packet of Love Hearts all over the floor! I loved the mix of colours along with the white in the sweets and thought that it’d make a fab colour scheme for a teenage or tween girl. The duck egg, steel framed bed from Feather & Black is the perfect focal point to your pastel bedroom design – it comes in other colours too!
The paint that I’ve used for this pastel bedroom scheme is from the kids range at Laura Ashley – although it’s not necessarily just for kids, it’s washable and so easy to remove smudges and marks from the walls. A beautiful room for any tween or teen looking for some colour in their pastel bedroom.

No room is complete without some wall-art. For a pastel bedroom scheme, I’d make the most of brightly-coloured prints and perhaps some gold or silver metallic touches too! Etsy and Oliver Bonas (framed) both have some great prints for a pastel bedroom and I’ve picked out some of my personal favourites below:
1. Pastel butterflies from Etsy £10.18+ | 2. Pink lips printable art from Etsy £4.07 | 3. Work hard print from Oliver Bonas £45 | 4. Don’t grow up print from Oliver Bonas £59 | 5. Neon heart print from Oliver Bonas £79 | 6. Sparkle print from Etsy £10.08
